The Tramazzo valley area, where Villa Podere is located, incorporates the two towns of Tredozio e Modigliana, known since the prehistorical age. Those two towns became part of Forli-Cesena from year 1923, after a long Florence domination. The double Romagna and Tuscany nature is evident  in many common life and cultural aspects : in the local language, in the traditions, in the gastronomic specialties and in the architectural aspects. The Tramezzo valley belongs to a bigger area of the National Park  Foreste Casentinesi, an ancient forest, rich of paths and colorful landscapes.
